The inspiration for the painting “Spring Bouquet – Chickadees in Pink” came from all the times I saw Chickadees out my back window flirting and fluttering about. Spring is a time where new life begins. This Chickadee pair is caught up in their springtime romance. A very simple background is used to help draw focus and attention to the spring blossoms and chickadees. This original painting was done in acrylics on canvas.
